Snow condition
The snow conditions are still bad, even the 15cm that fell overnight didn't change anything, some rocks were slightly snowed in and the risk of sharks was high today. I would leave good boards at home at the moment, there is still little or no basis for them, especially on the sunny slopes.
Snow quality
Fresh snow was very fluffy in most places. However, it was only around 15cm to a maximum of 20cm and a hard base underneath.
Risks
Loose snow slides could be seen today on steep (south-facing) slopes. The avalanche situation could become even more critical due to snowfall in the next few days, LLB should be kept an eye on anyway, otherwise the greatest danger today came from sharks, crevasses are also still relatively wide open.
Overall impression
Better weather than expected, and finally some fresh snow again, which was very good to ski in some places. The fog started to lift on the glacier in the morning, and by the afternoon it was almost cloudless, so if you have old equipment and don't want to take it too easy, you can make a few nice turns off-piste at the moment. Unfortunately, there's still not much going on at the moment.
