At the summit and at the Edelgrieß and Schwadrinn entrances, there is a good 15cm on a fairly hard or icy base. Up to around 2100 meters, the finest powder (20 to 30cm) in the south/west/east exposures. After that it gets rapidly less and you should have a good feel for skiing otherwise you can leave your skis/board at home.

The finest powder at high altitudes, but with some weight and resistance. Fantastic to ski. But in the middle (2100 meters) you notice the sunlight and the snow gets heavier and heavier.

Risks

LWS 2 areas near the crest are blown off on the west side, stony and icy, and on the east side in the near areas they are heavily blown in and under tension. CAUTION: Apart from that, some loose snow slides were visible and I can also imagine wet snow slides in the sunny areas during the course of the day.

Perfect day except for the crowds. But thanks to a clever choice of lines, we still got our target

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
