Carry up to Moser's barn because the path is cleared, then continuous snow cover. A few stones and tree stumps were already sticking out, but even in the mountain pines it was still quite good.Skideport Hochgehrenspitze at about 2150m, the southwest ridge will not go much longer. Hammerspitze went up to the summit on skis.

Good firn, unfortunately not to be skied at speed due to the tracks of the last few days. The snow still felt soft at the entrance to a north-facing gully (not skied). Above 2000m you could possibly still find something like powder.

Risks

Daytime course, couldn't observe anything. The descent from the Hammerspitze was still possible shortly after 1 a.m. Thin snow packs on grass are more of a danger in very steep terrain, as Salta described yesterday.

Overall impression

Very nice spring tour with great descents. But it was already quite warm. Then 20° in the Illertal
