Another refresh overnight and cold temperatures left right side up velvet for our enjoyment.

Risks
High sluff potential but no slab present. Wind kicked up in the afternoon and started to form slabs near ridgelines. Conditions deteriorated into PM and the following day.

Lovely high pressure and snow on the second leg of the Otaru road trip.
