Snow condition
Ridges and notches are blown off. However, the snow conditions allow many descents. On the north side you can see that the wind has blown out a lot of snow, so many of the gullies at the exit are sharky or very narrow.
Snow quality
Beautiful powder snow on north and northwest slopes (20cm). All other exposures have a non-load-bearing snow cover. There could be firn on the south side from Saturday.
Risks
Fresh snow has settled well and combined with the old snow cover. On Thursday there were still loose snow slides from steep slopes exposed to the sun, so you should be careful below rock faces.
Overall impression
Really great two days and steep gullies that we were able to ski. In the meantime, there is of course more activity in the Miemingers, which is certainly also due to Reini Scherer's super guide. For all those who want to spend the night in the winter room of the Coburger Hütte, unfortunately there is no more fuel and I would take a stove with me anyway. As the stove is not very powerful. Otherwise, the winter room is really very nice.
