There's no need to talk about it, the snow conditions are poor, but almost surprisingly it's still not that bad off-piste. Of course, you're still not carefree, you have to watch out for mountain pines and stones as well as numerous sinkholes, and the handbrake remains wide open, but the main variants (exit Angeralm rather bad) are still possible, although it gets a bit tight in the lower areas.

On Friday there was a good load of fresh snow, but it wasn't powder, as the last part in particular was very difficult to get down, but the cool night on Saturday improved the conditions a bit, which made for good conditions on Saturday, but with the warming and the wind on Sunday things went slightly downhill again. But all in all very ok.

Risks

Not without its problems, but not ultra-dangerous either. With the high temperatures, it will probably settle quickly, but the wind will probably also provide new snow packs.

Much better than expected, but more snow would be nice.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
