Snow condition
Around 40 cm of fresh snow has fallen in the last few days. Descents in the forest are possible down to the valley without any problems. In total, there is definitely more than 1 meter of snow.
Snow quality
Perfect powder due to the very cold temperatures in the last few days. Yesterday evening it was minus 17 degrees in Berwang. Only on the south-facing slopes was there a light covering of snow.
Risks
According to the LLB warning level 2, the main problem in the area is probably the fresh drift snow. As we were out in the evening / at night, we deliberately chose a very low-risk tour. On steep south-facing slopes, however, we could see a few patches of sliding snow.

Nice evening tour in really good conditions :)
