Snow condition

Above 1200m better than it has been for a long time at this time of year. Below that, especially in the last few days due to the rain.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

Yesterday about 15cm of packed snow which was quite good to drive on. During the night, heavy warming and rain bus far up. Snowfall again during the afternoon. Approx. 10cm of new snow, but it was heavily packed. Took a short ski tour on the slopes this afternoon. An icy surface with drifting snow and gusts of wind that I've rarely experienced like this.

Risks

Heavily soaked snow cover and now drifting snow en masse. See situation report.

Overall impression

Yesterday went quite well. Today was a day to stay inside. Nevertheless, the little exercise therapy was worth it even though our skins and skis almost flew off on the mountain. The rollercoaster ride continues tomorrow.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
