Snow condition
There is still a lot of snow in this not really snowy valley. The last snowfall didn't bring much here though, about 20cm. The south side below 1700m is still bare.
Snow quality
In the north-facing forest and just above it in wind-protected locations, nice settled powder up to approx. 1700m. Otherwise very wind-influenced snow cover with a mostly stable wind crust. Probably firn on the south side, but we weren't there.
Risks
Due to the strong wind, the main danger here is drift snow, which is, however, easy to recognize and has already solidified considerably.
Overall impression
Beautiful weather and not too busy in general and if you deviate just a little from the main route, you won't meet anyone until you reach the parking lot. Also very easy to ride in the north-facing forest.
