The gully and hollows are well filled with snow. Ridges and terrain transitions are blown off or snowed out. Defensive skiing is the order of the day to avoid destroying everything.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

Mainly compact ice and wind-pressed areas above the tree line in the hollows. Snow packs at the terrain transitions from a little to a lot of snow (very recognizable). At the beginning of the tree line, you will come across a wonderful snow cover that will spread your legs. Active skiing technique is useful here.

Risks

LWS 2 In the south-facing exposure, there are drift snow packs above the tree line. These are mainly found at terrain transitions and when there is not too much snow; they are easy to avoid or are already visible on the ascent and should give you food for thought when choosing your line.

Wait and see.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
