OK for the area. Not really lush, but the place is generally not exactly a snow hole. Unfortunately, the wind has been working hard since the last snowfall, so the ridge and ridges are quite blown off.

Snow quality

Mixed bag: on steep, sunny slopes you can already find firn and on the flatter slopes it's unfortunately quite harsh. On the north side you can still find some nice powder. Unfortunately, the wind has destroyed a lot in the last few days.

Risks

Quite typical spring conditions with increasing avalanche danger as the day progresses. The southerly wind has created a few snow packs that should be avoided. Unfortunately, there are still a few landmines due to the poor snow build-up from the start of the season.

Good day in the mountains. It could have been better without the wind of the last few days.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
