Snow report Warth / Schröcken, 01/11/2014
Schönes Wetter und ein wenig Schnee
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
In general, it is still too little. What little snow there is above 1800-2000m has been heavily transported and blown away.
Snow quality
Above 1800-2000m, there is still a little powder on the northern slopes below and on sun-exposed slopes, a layer of hard snow has formed or the snow that was soaked yesterday has frozen hard.
Risks
Relatively relaxed at the moment, some caution is required in blown-in areas above 1800-2000m. The snow packs are not yet 100% settled or stable
Overall impression
You can ski, with good knowledge of the area and a bit of searching. It quickly becomes rocky at higher altitudes. With a little caution, a few careful, conservative lines can be made.
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
