Snow condition
Very good for this time of year from the bottom in Sellrain. Only the south-facing slopes are partially frozen. Up to 20cm of well-preserved pow from last week at the top, 5cm new at the bottom.
Snow quality
Close to the valley, wet 10cm powder from midday, from the summit to below the tree line, settled but great powder.
Risks
Loose snow slide in steep terrain.
Overall impression
Found some fine lines on the north side. Beautiful tour, everything included: cold, heat, use of crampons, tracks, lots of people from the neighboring valley, sun and after-touring with dumplings and beer.
