Start from the parking lot in Baad on skis. 2-3 unbuckling. Otherwise still continuous snow cover. Pure south-facing slopes are already snow-free up to 1200-1300 meters. Otherwise still enough snow from 1300 meters.

We looked for firn on east and west-facing slopes. Unfortunately, there was no viable melted snow cover in the lower and middle slopes. This became a deep swamp after 10 o'clock. Altitudes 2500 - 2000 meters super firn until 10 o'clock. We didn't go around on the north side - information from CR reporter Salta very good and informative. Thus three stars slightly upgraded by deluxe firn above 2000 meters

Risks

Spring conditions - so out early and back in the valley early. The sun is really strong and brings wetness to the snow cover around midday

Nice classic in the morning. Great weather - with a few nice turns. Nice crew - fits !

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
