Snow condition
We used the lift up to 1700 meters and the piste down, so we had no problems at all. Up to this altitude, however, it looks extremely thin, a measuring point under the lift in the sparse forest shows 50 cm, meaningful skiing is not possible there. No problem in the Wannigkar, where there is snow, skiing without hesitation. On the ascent we crossed a few meters where scree was sticking out.
Snow quality
About 10 cm of fresh snow, unfortunately too windy for really enjoyable skiing. But not really bad either, OK to ski with a bit of strength and technique. In the lower part of the cirque there were a few turns with fluffy powder :-) The gully to the summit was already well groomed when we arrived. But it didn't look like a real pleasure either.
Risks
As already mentioned, the snow cover is strongly influenced by the wind, which has caused the surface of the snow to break outside the tracks. However, the amount of fresh snow has not increased significantly towards the top. To be honest, we probably wouldn't have skied up the gully ourselves today, only the 10-15 downhill tracks there led to the decision to go up.
Overall impression
Superb weather, little wind disturbance and very impressive scenery, unfortunately not very rewarding in terms of skiing.
