It's actually not much, although you don't want to moan for the beginning of December. There is hardly any snow in the valley or actually below the tree line, above that it quickly becomes very snowy. Off-piste skiing is carefully possible in favorable locations.
Snow quality
Not great either, but you can still make a few turns in soft, heavily packed fresh snow if you can find it...
Risks
Not too critical at the moment, but caution is still advised, as there are wind loads (even fresh ones from today on a smaller scale) and one or the other sliding snow slide may well still come.
Overall impression
Weather better than expected, which unfortunately cannot be said of the snow.
