From approx. 1700m wet fresh snow, easy to turn. Something like a soft rain cover underneath.
Risks
Seemed relatively relaxed to me today at altitudes up to 2000m.
Overall impression
Nice Sunday afternoon with a few patches of wet snow. Around 2 o'clock it opened up and gave a view of the Hochtannberg/Arlberg/Montafon. Found a passable slope and skied it 10 times.
