The mountain pines are all covered and there are a few more rock steps than usual.
Snow quality
Very settled snow with 15-20cm of powder. Therefore only 3 stars for the conditions of the last few weeks. But great for skiing, even if a bit slippery on the ascent.
Risks
Very relaxed. No big snow packs yet - will change with the fresh snow and wind. Saw a few sliding snow mouths or directly on rock crevices where the snow is coming off the rock.
Overall impression
After a surprisingly cloudy start, it was still a fantastic day of touring!
