Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne

Below 1300m, very little to no base (sometimes only fresh snow on the ground). From about 1500m on the east side there was a good base - there was no ground or rock contact. Below 1 star above 3 makes an average of 2.

Snow quality

4 von 5 Sterne

Between 15 and 20 cm of very light snow fell during the course of the day today with almost no wind influence. Below that, there is still about 20cm of very good snow from last weekend. So in total a good 40cm of powder where there were no traces of last week.

Risks

The fresh snow is hardly bound and is lying on a layer of harsh snow. Today only loose snow slides and sluff so still quite favorable. Thanks to the light snow, you could also have a lot of fun between 30-35°.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Super light fresh snow, nobody on the mountain except us, just a handful of old tracks and numerous face shots. Almost 4 stars... Only the poor visibility and the noticeable snow cover further down lead to 3.5 stars.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
