It's better than in the north, but there's not much here either, and you can carefully slide down into the (higher) valley with a bit of effort. We've had about 30 cm since Thursday, but nothing underneath in the lower areas. Above the tree line, a lot of mountain pines are still sticking out and the Lientalgraben (below) is not passable.

Mega. Cold, fluffy pow on different bases, in the high forest on the north side also soft underneath, other exposures and in deeper layers a lid is sometimes noticeable.

Risks

According to the LLB a 3 in the high altitudes, but I only had a quick look above the tree line. Unbound, loose, fluffy in the high-altitude forest and alpine pasture terrain. The old snow layer partly compact.

Really good day with a winter feeling. Tiring to make tracks, but very nice to ski down above 1500 m. No one on the way, and once again no need to carry anything - it looks a bit like after the first good snowfalls in November or so - everything looks good, but not everything works due to the lack of a base.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
