Still very good. Of course there is no more snow in the valley, but there is still a lot on the glacier and at higher altitudes. I'm not there all the time, but I've never seen so much snow in Tux. The summer season will be good for quite a long time, even if the weather is bad.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

There was a lot of fresh snow (I think about 50cm at 3000m), unfortunately strongly influenced by the wind, with a sinking depth of about 10cm and a very uneven snow surface, so not ideal for skiing, too bad.

Risks

With all the fresh snow and now the warming, it's certainly not uncritical. You definitely have to be careful these days!

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne

Lots of snow and lots of fresh snow, unfortunately practically no visibility and the snow quality also left a lot to be desired.
Also very crowded as all the southern German racing clubs were obviously using the long weekend to train in Tux. You could have saved yourself the trouble.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
