Snow condition
Snow conditions are fine. Compared to last year, of course, much less. But you can get to the parking lot quite easily. Only in the steep forest are there a few patches of loose snow.
Snow quality
Everything included. From melting caps to settled powder. Exposure is crucial even at an altitude of 2700m. Some areas (not just ridges) are also blown off and you alternate between ice and good snow.
Risks
From the north-east, almost everything slid off the extremely steep terrain shortly after the fresh snow. Otherwise, the sun and temperatures have already consolidated some of the drift snow.
Overall impression
Dreamy day - especially when you leave the ski tour crowds at Lampenspitze and Zischgeles behind you.
