Lauchernalp - schöne Reste vom letzten Dump
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
Above average. At 3100 there are almost four meters. You could ski as far as the parking lot. In the lower areas, the south and south-west facing slopes are somewhat thin.
Snow quality
Very mixed. From east to northwest, everything is powdery and dusty. South shaded slopes are very soft but a bit heavy. Open south-facing slopes have a crust. But no problem with a lot of smack.
Risks
Mostly good. The drift snow is easing on the southern slopes. However, the extent is rather small. I will avoid large convex south-facing slopes. This afternoon increasing drifting on south and south-west facing slopes.
Overall impression
Very beautiful. Powder can be found everywhere. There was a little snow today. The photos are from yesterday. But the situation hardly changed.
