Zurzeit befindet sich in den Regionen Schneeberg-Rax sehr wenig Schnee und es wird auch von Tag zu Tag weniger.

Up to 1500m there is only snow in gullies with little sunlight. The old snow cover from 1500m is very icy in places and there is also a risk of falling. In the upper areas with a lot of sunlight, the snow is already really melting, just like in spring. Areas near the ridges are often blown away by the wind

Old snow cover with a partly firny surface. At lower altitudes, more and more ice and the subsoil comes through in places.

Not really worthwhile if you are a downhill enthusiast. Nevertheless, a nice day on the mountain.
