It goes like this. On the east and west side you can put on your skis between 1500 and 1600m, on the north side already in the valley, but there is not much. With a good choice of line, you can avoid most of the rocks, but you should be prepared for some loss of surface when you go skiing (this also applies to piste skiing).

Spring-like, better than expected. There is still some nice powder on the north side. Due to the high temperatures, the expos on the sunny side have been well baked and are accordingly crusty and somewhat slushy at lower altitudes.

Risks

Still a three. If it gets a little colder again now, the sun-set expos should become relatively safe and form a decent base. On the north side there is relatively little compact snow on top of a thick layer of accumulating, converted grit. I would avoid steeper terrain and larger slopes as long as this situation doesn't change.

An embarrassing tour near the ski area due to equipment problems. Thanks to the good weather, it was still fun.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
