Snow condition

It has a lot! In addition to the situation well described yesterday by my colleague bl3acklama, another 20 cm were added tonight and in the course of the morning.

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne

The quality has improved significantly compared to yesterday. There is now 20 cm of fresh snow on the lid. Where the snow wasn't blown away, the driving was quite good! Where it was blown, I refer you to the report from yesterday....pfui

Risks

It's blowing really hard up there. In addition, the fresh snow has not yet settled well on the crusty ground and tends to slide a few meters on steeper slopes.

Overall impression

What a mess of weather. I was so euphoric about my new boots that I forgot my ski poles at home. So I had to make myself some from the local trees. The tour itself was great. I'm always amazed at what nice runs there are in the Black Forest.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
