Above 2000m there is still enough snow (north-facing slopes) to let off some steam off-piste, but hiking or short tours are unavoidable if you want to get some fresh snow. Thanks to the snow drifts, which are kept within limits, there are some places (which also seem quite safe) but also the nicely blown off places that guarantee rock contact. Below 1500m, well, let's just say I prefer to ski on piste. Almost all the south-facing slopes are pretty shitty

On the powder patches (northern slopes) that I still managed to get hold of (actually powder), I would give it 3 stars, as the snow is still very nice to ski on. Not really fluffy but not too hard/pressed either. However, everything below 1500m is either chopped up or just a mixture of hard snow, slush or ice.

Risks

There are a few drifts, but they haven't really transported much. On average you can measure 20 - 30 cm of pow and at our spots today everything was safe (north-facing slopes). I would be careful on the south-facing slopes if there is still snow there from midday, as there were a few self-triggers.

Great sunny "spring day" which actually provided one or two surprises (pow). Great people and great runs rounded off the day.
