Quite blown out. All ridges and crests are free of snow. Glacier bare again. Leaves are a few white stripes down to the bottom, hollows are filled. Where has all the snow gone? No idea. The rain has done its bit up to 1800m. Descent possible on artificial snow.

Snow quality

Yeah. A mixture of hard snow, ice, two turns of powder and hard-packed snow that could be skied like on the piste. Perfect technique training.

Risks

Accumulations of drift snow were clearly visible. No observations made in the terrain. Very little was skiable anyway. There was an avalanche in the foliage involving people.

Overall impression

Piste bashing in the morning, a bit of off-piste cruising in the afternoon. It was a bit like being on the slopes, but without the crowds.
Nevertheless, a wonderful day on the boards and lots of fun. That's why we get the second star.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
