Snow condition

Start and end point from the Haldensee parking lot, on the north side you can still reach the valley - preferably on forest paths and or tours with ski slopes. There is still plenty of snow on the mountain above 1300-1400 meters

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne

Beautiful cold powder snow on a firm to hard base. 10 cm in the valley up to 30 cm on the mountain (above 1800 m). Tricky are old hard-frozen avalanches "Boller" can really slow you down.....

Risks

Relaxed above the tree line still danger of drift snow accumulations. Loose snow slides on steep slopes are manageable

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Clear 3 stars - small after work tour, unfortunately the visibility was not optimal. Again nice crew with active mountain friends and SX legends. The beautiful pictures as always from the best mountain photographer (c) Martin Hölle

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
