Conditions-Report vom Gebiet Ischgl/Heidelberger Hütte von Aron, eingestellt von Tobi. 26.01.2014 Der Nebel am Morgen wurde meist von dem Donner der Lawinensprengungen aufgerissen. Ab ca. 12°° immer mehr Wolkenlöcher und dann brillanter Tag.

Snow condition
Generally little snow. Slightly better conditions only in the hollows etc. Snowfall from Saturday to Sunday with very stormy winds. The 25 cm of fresh snow measurable in Ischgl (valley) was not or difficult to find at altitude.
Snow quality
From nasty old snow to real powder, to blown away by the wind, everything was there.
Risks
As with Buddy in Verbier: "Very tense above the tree line, but drift snow packs have also formed in the sparse forest."
Overall impression
I award three stars because of the contrast: Saturday royal and some good runs vs. Sunday "wild" with a nice finish.
