Snow condition
Yesterday it was already very thick below 1,500m and contact with the ground was guaranteed. During the night and the day there was a lot of powder (> 20cm). Beautiful lines all the way down into the valley without catching any big rocks.
Snow quality
After the precipitation of the last few days, there was already an acceptable base. What came tonight and throughout the day put the icing on the cake. When it sprays up to your face again, you've done everything right!
Risks
Fortunately, the snowfall during the night and also during the day came without the influence of wind, which is why there is no great accumulation of drifting snow, which increased in the evening and we'll see what happens nextAt 1,700m north-west exposure, you could already see a decent build-up of snow. As I was only out and about near the slopes and in the trees, I can only judge the current situation (especially at higher and steeper altitudes) with great difficulty.
Overall impression
Yesterday there was still some ground contact, but today was even better. The finest powder in sufficient quantity and at higher altitudes (> 1,500m) then also without falling rocks in the surface
