Exposition

North West North-West

Snow condition

2 von 5 Sterne
5 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1100 m)
Stone Contact avoidable

Sufficient on pistes, not so much off-piste in my opinion. Other slopes in the area are also good, e.g. Füssener Jöchle, Hahnenkamm and Almkopf

Breakable crust

The paraglider was clearly the better option for me yesterday. At the bottom about 10-20 cm of older snow, then a crust that breaks when riding and above that dust on crust. Towards the top, all the layers were slightly thicker and therefore better. The snow groomer has been out the last few days, so it should be passable everywhere, but nothing more.

Risks

West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Some drift snow at the top. South sides almost completely blown clear in places.

Great that it's already working for training altitude meters :-) Downhill fun will get better and better with some snow this week.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
