Blown backs

Actually quite solid. It is certainly worth emphasizing that it has a base right down to the bottom, but this is in urgent need of replenishment. Further up, hollows and streams are not yet full, so that the brake lever cannot yet be fully released.

Snow quality

Breakable crust

The wind and the warm temperatures turned the whole thing into a fine, nasty slush party. Cheers arose in the powder pockets. The further down and more protected, the better it got.

Risks

No warning signs
North North-Eas North-West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

SLF warns of transitions from little to much snow. No cracks observed. Some sliding snow cracks/avalanches on the south side

Equal

First tour of the season. Legs like pudding on the ascent and descent. Whether it was the booster or the snow - and broken snow is still not my favorite discipline. But it was nice and the beer in the sun well deserved.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
