Snow condition
Obviously before the new snow up to far (just under 2000) up to the sunny slopes. even northern slopes cleared out by sliding snow avalanches. With the new snow a base again (down to the valley). downhill possibilities currently still limited. forest mostly not possible. second star just so through the end of the dry spell!
Snow quality
20-30cm of fresh snow fell without much wind influence. Finally cooler temperatures and fluffy until the lift closes. Of course, there was a lot of contact with the hard snow/meadow surface as a result. A lot going on in the area today, but with a little local knowledge or luck, fresh tracks are still possible until the lift closes.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
warm meadows at lower altitudes empty the fresh snow immediately. little binding on old snow cover at the top. relatively relaxed below 2000m, I can understand the 3 above that.
Overall impression
Beautiful day with mixed visibility in the area. The dry spell has finally come to an end. There were some nice turns. Overall, however, this is now the second start of winter and there is still a lot to do for carefree off-piste skiing.
