Snow condition

No underground contact down to all expos except south. there up to min. 2300 aper.

Snow quality

everything that is no fun. from slab powder, to broken and frozen alt tracks, to a few turns of funky pow - the only conclusion is sh***. only in shady, wind-protected eastern slopes old set full throttle snow (estimated 2 degrees expo).

Small-scale drift snow packs, but there they can be released like clods. overall, however, everything is pretty much concreted over.

Overall impression

Tristesse vor dem Sturm (ohne Schnee). Grausige Verhältnisse in fast allen Expos. Dank der vielen Möglichkeiten in diesem grandiosen Gelände kann man trotzdem gute Tage verbringen. Achtung bei verpresstem Schnee in den Steilhängen. viele Steilrinnen dürften hart bis unfahrbar sein.
