Descent to valley (to 1000 m)
Covered shoes

The snow conditions are good, you just have to be careful with fences or fallen trees. Everything else is sufficiently covered with snow. Skiing down to the valley is possible everywhere without any problems.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Wet snow
Firn

The snow was very wet in the lower part due to the warming and the fact that it had rained on it in places. At the top, after the sun had warmed the frozen snow, there was firn.

Risks

Much water in the snow cover

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Watch out for drift snow! Up to an altitude of 1,700 m, it has partially rained into the snow cover. There were no signs of fresh avalanches.

Overall impression

Worse

Relaxed tour, but unfortunately not good snow quality. The sunny day, the warm temperatures and the quality of the snow remind you of spring. Nevertheless, a worthwhile destination in terms of scenery!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
