Very mixed conditions. Most of it is rather hard. east is generally better. Slightly more freighting and softer.

Woom- or hissing noise

no big signs of avalanche activity. The fresh 5cm are probably blown away before slabs or similar occur.

Overall impression

Worse

Certainly beautiful and impressive valley. The descent to Blatten and Ferden is also possible with a little perseverance in the hard terrain. But the real pleasure turns were rather poor. Now it has been cosmetically improved, but the forecast rain and the heat are causing some concern.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
