Overall impression
Altitude
1400 - 2200m
Avalanche warning level
very high (5)
Exposition
Snow condition
Still good snow conditions, downhill skiing possible everywhere without any problems but not fun.
Snow quality
Underground snow quality, the warm temperatures have had an effect right up to altitude and have moistened a lot of the snow. Above 1,900 m, heavy powder, which is still quite okay to ski. Everything below that is quite a struggle
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
No danger signs to be observed, with the weather situation the avalanche situation should improve somewhat.
Overall impression
Not a good day for touring (but I had the same expectations at home). It should be better in the high Alps, but it's too dangerous there. So we wait for the next snowfall to take advantage of the good snow conditions.
