Not good at the bottom, but it was worse on my first tours of the season. The ascent was possible on skis from the Sonnenklause. On the descent, from about 1400m onwards, we had some snow underfoot, but not at all above that. There was still far too little snow in the dense forest. At the top there is about 80cm of snow. At the bottom, there was significantly less snow as the day progressed.

Very damp, slow powder, not easy to ski. The steeper and faster, the better. There were some really cool turns in the steep section, with the right riding style there were face shots in there

Risks

On the very steep slopes of the Schnippenkopf, there were some gliding snow mouths to be seen. Otherwise, there were still slight signs of wind on the tour.

Successful start to the season Edit: After technical problems on my part now also with pictures - visually it looked great, but as I said it was not easy to drive.
