Today I only get 3 points for the snow conditions because I got a big scratch in my base ;-) According to official reports, another 15cm of fresh snow has fallen on the Zugspitze since yesterday. But you couldn't see any of that. At least the tracks from yesterday were still there...

The wind still worked a little overnight. In some places the snow was a bit heavier as a result, but that's an advantage on the Zugspitze because it's so flat anyway and you get stuck less. But in some places it was still very loose powder.

Sun and powder in the morning. There's little left to be desired. More open lifts wouldn't be a bad thing. So far, only Sonnenkar and Wetterwandeck are open. I.e. max. 300m are possible. As today was of course not WE, the terrain was even enough for 2 hours of powder fun. On the WE everything would have been gone after 30 minutes. At lunchtime a few clouds rolled in and it started to snow very lightly, but not heavily.
A good day. So it was worth getting up early.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
