Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow

Wind-protected, easy to ride loose pow, otherwise a hard surface. However, the hard patches were less than 10 percent of our tour.

Risks

Abort the tour
West

Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)

Lots of wind load, different crust sandwiches

Overall impression

Better

Down the slope, then into open terrain. Summit slope left out as it was blown in. Descent far better than expected on the approach, in terrain hollows and next to the piste largely without touching the ground, nice turns in fresh snow. No face shoots but in relation to the situation further east very fine. 3 stars. Learning: only those who go out can find pow, a rare and all the more valuable commodity this season.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
