Snow condition

Bad, the choice of route is very limited. Stone contact is always to be expected. Only in hollows could you ride reasonably quickly

Snow quality

Very variable, but with a good study of the terrain you can usually find powder

Terrain traps, stones and undergrowth are the main hazards, as our tours were mostly on good-natured terrain. In sheltered locations (north, shady), the base consists of sugar snow, which you occasionally break through onto. Avalanche activity could not be observed.

Overall impression

Mit wenig Hoffnung angereist und positiv überrascht worden. Die Schneelage ist zwar mies, aber mit gutem Karten und Geländestudium lassen sich gute Abfahrten mit überwiegend Pulver finden. Dabei gilt stets die Devise: Stay light on your feet. Wetter war gut und wenig los. Waren 3 schöne Tourentage. Das Nächste mal hoffentlich mit mehr Schnee
