Descent through forest
Blown backs
Variations of snow cover

Below 1200 meters we preferred to stay on the piste, above that it's quite decent everywhere

Snow quality

Hard, pressed snow

Above the tree line, everything is strongly influenced by the wind! Some of the ridges and crests were completely blown off. Still soft on the north side of the forest, but we didn't find much untracked snow in the area

Risks

South-East South

Wind intensity: High (40 – 60 km/h)

Drifting snow in gullies, hollows and behind terrain edges! Several fallen snow slabs in steep terrain in all exposures to be seen, but partly also from the last 4 days. In the afternoon, strong winds from the southeast, which are again blowing a lot of snow.

Beautiful day with great weather! But to find untracked trails you have to put on your skins.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
