Snow condition
In the meantime, at least everything looks very wintry. It snowed again overnight, with about 30 cm in the valley and about 50 cm at the top. During the course of the day, another 10 cm fell. But here, too, the familiar problem is apparent: there is no base. Although there is 50 cm of powder in some places, this has fallen onto the green meadow. The pistes are in pretty good condition, and you can ski quite well off-piste at higher altitudes and on grassy ground (if you can tolerate a few scratches). Further down and in the forest you can forget it.
Snow quality
The snow quality is actually great, 30-50cm of cold, dry powder, even in the valley. Where the base is reasonably good, you can definitely have fun.
Risks
Due to the poor visibility, I was mainly below the tree line and on moderately steep terrain. I didn't notice any particular danger signs, but with the heavy snowfall today and tomorrow, you should definitely be careful.
Overall impression
All in all a nice day, even if the weather was modest. But few people out and about and good powder, albeit mostly with a poor base.
