Snow condition
Launch from 1900m possible without any problems. SLF says just below average. Quite ok for this winter. On the south side, it's slowly petering out towards 2000m.
Snow quality
On the north side finest set powder. Speed firn on the south side.
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
Still a 2+ due to the old snow problem. Standard tours are all completed. No fresh releases were observed. But before the snowfall last Friday, there were quite a few cracks that could still be seen.
Overall impression
Leisurely rehab ski tours in the Lower Valais. With a bit of timing, you could have perfect firn and powder in one tour.
