Snow condition

In the variant terrain unchanged from yesterday. Downhill runs are partly closed and still possible with a few meters of carrying. Below 1500m it will be difficult in all expos. No skiing possible below 1300 to 1100 m

Snow quality

Unchanged from yesterday's report. There are no more fresh tracks from the ski area. But the compact old powder that has been skied around is also quite ok to ski. In between, unfortunately, it gets crusty and icy again and again on the north side.

Risks

More and more sliding snow mouths to be seen. Due to the warming, several wet snow slides went down, but didn't get far. Still a 2er in the area. We didn't see any fresh drift snow as described in the avalanche bulletin today.

Overall impression

Away from the slopes, it's almost no longer worth it. The recycled old snow near the slopes is better, especially in the north sector and moguls. Towards the afternoon, we decided to test retro equipment. Old powder surfers and monoskis get a second life in these conditions

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
