Snow condition

First turns in the terrain are possible, even if the possibilities don't offer much yet.

Snow quality

25cm of fine powder on a compact base and all with little wind.

Stones and ice are probably still the biggest dangers. Fresh snow came loose on the steeper sections on the old snow base and went down as a sluff.

Overall impression

Spontaneous afternoon on the Titlis. Continuous rain in the valley and good sun and powder on the mountain.
