Altitude

1900 - 2100m

Avalanche warning level

moderate (2)

Exposition

North North-West

Snow condition

1 von 5 Sterne
Stone Contact avoidable
Variations of snow cover

The snow cover is max. 30cm thick. Forest and blown-off ridges are to be avoided due to lack of snow. In general, skiing in open terrain is hardly worthwhile. We preferred to do a little LVS training.

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne
Breakable crust
Powder snow

Mostly (old) powder without a base. The upper part of the snowpack has been transformed in places (crystal size just under 1cm NW 2000m). Broken slush in places.

Risks

Old snow problem
North-Eas

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Overall impression

Equal

Open terrain activities are hardly worthwhile due to the lack of snow. A few turns on meadow slopes are certainly possible, but mainly in the area of the tree line. Multiple skins for the short distance are hardly worthwhile.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
