Snow condition

Surprisingly good snow conditions in the gully. It looks much worse in the open terrain.

Snow quality

In the gully 90% of the snow is quite hard packed, but still easy to ski and not icy. In the terrain after the gully you can also find settled powder

The main danger at the moment is still the old snow problem. In the gully, which has been skied several times this winter and has been repeatedly filled with loose snow avalanches, the risk is probably lower than on open, untracked slopes.

Overall impression

Zum ersten Mal den Winter wieder ein etwas höher gelegenes Tourenziel gewählt. Mal hoffen, das im Frühjahr noch mehr solcher Lines gehen in besserem Schnee.Powder findet sich hauptsächlich noch in einem Bereich zwischen 1600-2000m, weiter oben meist überall ziemlich viel Windeinfluss in der Schneedecke.
