Blown backs
Variations of snow cover

Sunny sides are only slightly sugared and exposed areas have been cleared. In the lee there is a skiable base with a fresh, cold 10 cm to 15 cm of snow from yesterday. You can only reach the valley via north-facing forest trails, and even on these you have to reckon with carrying sections (the footpath is still manageable).

Powder snow

Nice cold powder snow. Below 1300 m you could feel the hard surface.

Risks

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Relaxed, sunny and windless day. No danger spots identified. In the shady, rather steeper terrain >1500 m, the snow cover has built up.

Overall impression

Worse

Nice day with the best weather. Unfortunately, it will now be over again for a while. Due to the rising temperatures during the course of the day, everywhere the sun went today will be covered in fluffy powder snow tomorrow. Without large amounts of fresh snow, the season won't last long.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
